SERVICES PROVIDED TO OUR MEMBER-CONSUMERS WILL BE EVALUATED AT AN ONGOING BASIS TO MEET THE CHANGING NEEDS OF OUR MEMBERSHIP WHILE BENEFITING THE LONG-RANGE OBJECTIVES OF THE COOPERATIVE.
