THE PURPOSE OF THIS ASSOCIATION SHALL BE TO PROMOTE FOOTBALL ATHLETICS PROGRAM BY ENCOURAGING GOOD SPORTSMANSHIP AND THE PHYSICAL WELL-BEING OF THE YOUNG MEN AND WOMEN OF MAINLAND FOOTBALL. THE ASSOCIATION WILL ALSO ACCOMPLISH ITS GOAL BY FUNDRAISING, LEADERSHIP AND BY GOOD EXAMPLE.
