ANY EXCESS OF REVENUE OVER EXPENSES WILL BE USED TOWARDS THESE PURPOSES BY IMPROVING LOCAL FACILITIES, EQUIPMENT, AND THE QUALITY AND DEPTH OF FUTURE EVENTS.
