THE PRIMARY PURPOSE OF MANNING COMMUNITY SERVICES IS TO PROVIDE MEALS AND CARE TO THE ELDERLY OF THE COMMUNITY THROUGH THE COORDINATED EFFORTS OF VOLUNTEERS, PRIVATE BUSINESSES, AND LOCAL GOVENMNENT FOR THE BENEFIT OF MANNING AS A WHOLE.
