THE ORGANIZATION WILL NEGOTIATE AND ENTER INTO COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENTS WITH VARIOUS UNIONS REPRESENTING THE EMPLOYEES OF THE MEMBERS OF THE ASSOCIATION ON BEHALF OF SUCH MEMBERS. THE ASSOCIATION WILL KEEP MEMBERS ABREAST OF INDUSTRY INFORMATION AND DEVELOPMENTS.
