Distributions and related programs are reviewed by the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors, the indigent's circumstances are documented, and volunteer Rabbis follow up with the financial and personal situation of each recipient to ensure that all authorized expenses conform to the organization's exempt and religious purposes.
