THE ORGANIZATION IS AN EXEMPT SOCIAL CLUB UNDER IRS SECTION 501(C)(7) WHOSE PROGRAM SERVICE ACTIVITIES ARE ORGANIZED & OPERATED SUBSTANTIALLY FOR THE PLEASURE & RECREATION OF ITS MEMBERS. ALL PROGRAMS OF THE CLUB ARE RELATED TO THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING MEMORABLE EXPERIENCES AND EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE.
