THE PURPOSE OF THIS ORGANIZATION IS TO WORK FOR THE SOLUTION OF THE PROBLEMS OF THE FARM, THE FARM HOME, AND THE RURAL COMMUNITY, BY THE USE OF THE RECOGNIZED ADVANTAGES OF ORGANIZED ACTION TO THE END THAT THOSE ENGAGED IN THE VARIOUS BRANCHES OF AGRICULTURE MAY HAVE AND SECURE OPPORTUNITIES FOR HAPPINESS AND PROSPERITY IN THEIR CHOSEN OCUPATIONS; TO FOSTER, PROMOTE, REPRESENT, PROTECT AND ADVANCE THE EDUCATIONAL, SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC INTERESTS OF THE FARMERS OF MARION COUNTY.
