The Corporation will be to use and apply funds in the form of grants and gifts toorganizations operating under 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code that provide benefits for charitable and educational purposes. It is intended that the Corporation's Board of Trustees at its meetings will select recognized Code 501(c)(3) charities to receive such grants or gifts. Upon the resolution of the Board of Trustees, the Corporation will make such grant or gifts to such selected charities. In deciding upon such grants and gifts, the Board of Trustees will take into consideration the activities of the 501(c)(3) charities, including what activities are most needed at the time and how effective the Code section 501(c)(3) charities are furthering their own purposes.
