WE ARE DEDICATED TO USING MARTIAL ARTS & FITNESS AS A GATEWAY, ENABLING PEOPLE TOBECOME MORE ENGAGED AND SUCCESSFUL MEMBERS OF THEIR COMMUNITY. WE PROVIDE PATHWAYSVIA TRAINING FOR YOUTH, YOUNG ADULTS AND SENIORS TO EXPAND THEIR COMPETENCE WITHPHYSICAL, ACADEMIC AND SOCIAL SKILLS. THROUGH THIS PROCESS THEY GROW TO FEEL SAFE AND BECOME CAPABLE OF MAKING A CONTRIBUTION TO THEIR FAMILIES AND COMMUNITY.
