THE CORPORATION IS THE GENERAL PARTNER OF A PARTNERSHIP THAT OPERATES A 121-UNIT APARTMENT COMPLEX THAT PROVIDES RENTAL HOUSING FOR THE BENEFIT OF ELDERLY RESIDENTS. RESIDENTS HAVE ACCESS TO SOME ACTIVITIES AND SOCIAL SERVICES.
