THE MSLF IS SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED TO GRANT FUNDS FOR CURRENT AND FUTURE EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE FOR CHILDREN WHOSE PARENT'S HOME OF RECORD AT THE DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE (DOD) WAS MASSACHUSETTS.
