THE MISSION OF THE MATERNITY AND EARLY CHILDHOOD FOUNDATION IS TO PROVIDE LEADERSHIP, EDUCATION, AND RESOURCES TO COMMUNITY-BASED AGENCIES IN NEW YORK STATE THAT SUPPORT NEW AND EXPECTANT PARENTS FROM PREGNANCY THROUGH EARLY CHILDHOOD.
