THIS CUSTODIAL TRUST WAS CREATED BY THE AUGUST 2004 CONSENT DECREE THAT REQUIRED KAISER ALUMINUM CORPORATION TO FUND THE TRUST FOR THE EXCLUSIVE USE BY THE WASHINGTON STATE DEPARTMENT OF ECOLOGY AND THE US ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY TO REMEDIATE THE RELEASE OF HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCES FROM A HIGHLY CONTAMINATED DUMP SITE.
