THE PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO INTIATE, SPONSOR,PROMOTE AND CARRY OUT PLANS, POLICIES, AND ACTIVITIES THAT WILL FURTHER THE PROSPERITY AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE MEDICAL ALERT MONITORING AND TELEHEALTH INDUSTRY, TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC CONCERNING THE MEDICAL ALERT MONITORING AND TELEHEALTH INDUSTRY, AND TO FURTHER THE INTERESTS OF ITS MEMBERS IN THAT INDUSTRY.
