MHAAO BELIEVES THAT RECIPIENTS OF OUR SERVICES HAVE THE RIGHT AND THE ABILITY TO MAKE DECISIONS FOR THEMSELVES ABOUT WHAT SUPPORTS THEY WOULD PREFER TO RECEIVE AND THE DIRECTIONS THEY WISH TO EXPLORE.
