THE PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO PROMOTE AMATEUR THEATRE IN THE LOCAL COMMUNITY THROUGH LIVE PERFORMANCES AND EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES. THE ORGANIZATION QUALIFIES AS AN EXEMPT ORGANIZATION UNDER SECTION 501 C 3 OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE.
