The Michigan Conference of Teamsters Welfare Fund (MCTWF) seeks to provide to its participants and their eligible dependents the highest quality of administrative services and a broad range of cost-effective health and welfare benefit package choices, utilizing provider networks that employ the highest professional standards and that provide participants and their eligible dependents with the greatest possible access. MCTWF seeks, as well, to fully accommodate the related educational and operational requirements of teamster union representatives and employers who contract to provide MCTWF coverage. In sum, MCTWF seeks to provide the best group health plan option among all available group health plans and insurers to meet the health and welfare benefit needs of teamster members and their families.
