TO ESTABLISH A SCHOLARSHIP FUND THAT WILL SUPPORT ELIGIBLE STUDENTS SEEKING AN EDUCATION IN AN ACCREDITED VOCATIONAL SCHOOL, TECHNICAL SCHOOL, OR A TWO OR FOUR-YEAR DEGREE GRANTING COLLEGE OR UNIVERSITY ACCREDITED BY THE BOARD OF EDUCATION.
