AND OTHER NON PROFIT ENTITIES AND AND WILL USE THESE FUNDS FOR THE BENEFIT OF, TO PERFORM THE FUNCTIONS OF, OR TO CARRY OUT THE PURPOSES OF THE GREATER FLINT HEALTH COALITION, INC.
