CIRCULATION OF BOOKS AND OTHER MATERIALS FOR STUDY, REFERENCE, READING AND RELAXATION PLUS CHILDREN'S STORY HOURS, REFERENCE WORKSHOPS, AND MANY OTHER EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES ARE PROVIDED AT NO COST TO THE CITIZENS.
