THE ORGANIZATIONS PRIMARY MISSION IS TO ADMINISTER THE BONDS ISSUED IN 2011 BY MID-PLAINS COMMUNITY COLLEGE AREA, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF NEBRASKA, FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF BUILDINGS ON CAMPUS. THE ORGANIZATION LEASES THE BUILDINGS TO MID-PLAINS COMMUNITY COLLEGE.
