The Mission of Midtown Family Services is to provide individual and family guidance leading to self-sufficiency in housing and inter-dependent domains to low-income individuals and families in the high-poverty West San Jose neighborhoods of Burbank, Anderson Village, Cadillac Winchester, the neighborhoods between them, and beyond
