TO DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT CULTURALLY INFORMED VICTIM ADVOCACY SERVICES TO ENHANCE AND STRENGTHEN COMPREHENSIVE RESPONSES WITHIN TRIBAL COMMUNITIES. TO EMPOWER CURRENT TRIBAL VICTIM RESPONSE SERVICES IN THE STATE OF KANSAS TO FURTHER ADVOCATE FOR THE SAFETY AND WELL-BEING OF SURVIVORS OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AND SEXUAL ASSAULT, AS WELL AS IDENTIFY OPPORTUNITIES TO DEVELOP AND ADVOCATE FOR SERVICES TO TRIBAL POPULATIONS CURRENTLY NOT BEING REACHED.
