Our mission is to inspire innovative teaching and learning through mindful practices by fostering community, developing leadership skills and embracing each individuals unique genius. We do this through a number of grant-funded programs: - Mindful SEAD Endorsement Course for Teacher Licensure - Leadership Development Programs for Educators - TeacherFocused Professional Learning Program - NDE/NSHE Partnership for SEAD Endorsement Program - SEAD Leadership Summit Event - Higher Education Leadership Summit Event - MSEL Coaching Program - SEAD Champion Program
