TO PROMOTE JUNIOR AGE BASEBALL ACTIVITIES FOR LOCAL AREA YOUTH FROM THE AGES OF 13 THROUGH 18 YEARS OF AGE, THEREBY ENCOURAGING OFF STREET ACTIVITIES FOR INTERESTED INDIVIDUALS.
