TO OPERATE A SUMMER CAMP AND YEAR-ROUND SUPPORT SERVICES THROUGH MONTHLY MEETINGS AND COMMUNICATIONS, WHICH BENEFITS AND EDUCATES CHILDREN OF ALL MEANS, NEEDS AND BACKGROUNDS, FREE OF ANY CHARGES. THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES CHILDREN WITH AN ENVIRONMENT THAT PROMOTES ATHLETIC, CULTURAL AND EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES.
