ON DECEMBER 28, 2015, THE CORPORATION MERGED THE COMMUNITY WITH KIDRON KORNER, A RELATED TAX-EXEMPT 30-UNIT APARTMENT COMMUNITY LOCATED IN LEXINGTON, NORTH CAROLINA, AND IS OPERATING THEM BOTH UNDER ONE CORPORATION. DURING THE YEAR ENDED DECEMBER 31, 2015 KIDRON KORNER'S ASSETS, LIABILITIES AND NET ASSETS WERE MERGED WITH THE CORPORATION'S ASSETS.
