THE HISTORICAL COMPLEX IS COMPOSED OF THE MUSEUM OF THE CAPE FEAR, 1897 POE HOUSE, AND ARSENAL PARK. THE COMPLEX RAISES PUBLIC AWARENESS OF THE PAST AND ITS INFLUENCE ON THE PRESENT.
