THE PURPOSE OF THE ASSOCIATION IS TO UNITE THE INSTRUMENTAL MUSICIANS OF THE CITY OF SEATTLE AND VICINITY FOR THE BETTER PROTECTION OF THEIR INTEREST, TO IMPROVE WAGES AND WORKING CONDITIONS AS THEY APPERTAIN TO THE MUSICIAL PROFESSION, TO ENFORCE GOOD FAITH AND FAIR DEALINGS AMONG ITS MEMBERS AND PROMOTE CONSISTENCY AND GENERAL ADHERENCE TO UNION PRINCIPLES.
