WITHOUT LIMITING THE PURPOSES OF MPACF, THE PRIMARY PURPOSES FOR WHICH THIS FOUNDATION IS FORMED ARE:(I) TO ENGAGE IN THE RESEARCH, DEVELOPMENT AND PROMOTION OF ISSUES RELATED TO HUMAN RIGHTS, DEMOCRACY AND PLURALISM; (II) THE EDUCATION OF ALL AMERICANS REGARDING THE TEACHINGS OF ISLAM; AND (III) FROM TIME TO TIME TO DISBURSE SUCH PROPERTY FOR CHARITABLE, SCIENTIFIC, OR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES, IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 501(C)(3)OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE OF 1986 OR ANY CORRESPONDING PROVISION OF A FUTURE UNITED STATES INTERNAL REVENUE LAW (REFERRED TO HEREIN AS THE CODE), AS THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF MPACF SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE, AND ANY OTHER PURPOSE ALLOWED UNDER THE NON-PROFIT LAWS.
