MEMBERSHIP DUES AND ASSESSMENTS PROVIDE THE FUNDS NECESSARY FOR THE ORGANIZATION TO PUT ON THE MARDI GRAS PARADE AND CARNIVAL FOR THE ENJOYMENT AND CULTURAL ENHANCEMENT OF THE CITIZENS OF NEW ORLEANS, LOUISIANA, SURROUNDING PARISHES AND OUT OF STATE VISITORS.
