THE OBJECT OF THIS BRANCH IS TO UNITE ALL LETTER CARRIERS OF THIS BRANCH IN ONE HARMONIOUS BODY FOR THEIR MUTUAL BENEFIT AND TO ASSIST THE NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF LETTER CARRIERS IN ITS EFFORTS TO IMPROVE THE CONDITIONS OF ITS ENTIRE MEMBERSHIP.
