THE MISSION OF THE COUNCIL IS TO PROVIDE INFORMATION, EDUCATION, PREVENTION AND REFERRALS. THIER GOAL IS TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC REGARDING THE TREATMENT AND PREVENTION OF THE DISEASE OF ALCOHOLISM AND CHEMICAL DEPENDENCY AND TO HELP ERADICATE THE STIGMA SURROUNDING THIS DISEASE.
