THE NATIONAL TRUST FOR THE HUMANITIES (NTH) IS A CHARITABLE ORGANIZATION WHOSE PURPOSE IS TO SERVE AS AN ADVOCATE FOR THE HUMANITIES AND TO SUPPORT THE WORK OF THE NATIONAL ENDOWMENT FOR THE HUMANITIES. (CONTINUED ON SCHEDULE O) NTH GENERATES FINANCIAL SUPPORT TO EXTEND THE REACH OF THE PROGRAMS OF THE ENDOWMENT, INCLUDING THE ANNUAL JEFFERSON LECTURE WHICH IS OFFERED FREE TO THE PUBLIC.
