THE NATIONAL VETERAN BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL (NVBDC) WAS CREATED TO ACHIEVE THE FOLLOWING MISSIONS: 1. CERTIFY VETERAN OWNED BUSINESSES (VOB'S) AND SERVICE DISABLED VEETERAN OWNED BUSINESSES (SDVOB'S) THAT WISH TO DO BUSINESS WITH AMERICAN COMPANIES.
