THE ORGANIZATION IS OPERATING AS A CLUB ORGANIZED FOR PLEASURE, RECREATION AND OTHER NONPROFIT PURPOSES. THE ORGANIZATION'S MAIN PURPOSE WILL BE TO MANAGE AND MAINTAIN THE YACHT CLUB, MARINA AND RELATED AMENITIES TO UNDERTAKE AND PERFORM ANY AND ALL ACTIVITIES SET FORTH IN THE CORPORATION'S BYLAWS. THE ORGANIZATION'S PURPOSE IS ALSO TO FURTHER THE INTEREST OF ITS MEMBERS OF THE MARINA.
