Mission
New Chapters Alliance NCA is dedicated to assisting Native Americans on Indian Health Services Arizona Medicaid health plans and in substance abuse recovery treatment obtain temporary housing services. NCA provides vouchers to our clients in who are in need of temporary housing solutions while in treatment at in-network group homes.
