TO PROMOTE AN ANNUAL EQUESTRIAN FINALS COMPETITION FOR QUALIFIED JUNIOR AND ADULT RIDERS.THE ORGANIZATION'S GOALS ARE TO PROVIDE ONGOING EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS AND CREATE A COMPETATIVE EVENT IN WHICH EXCEPTIONAL HORSEMANSHIP, EQUITATION, HORSE CARE AND MANAGEMENT ARE PROMOTED AND RECOGNIZED WITH SCHOLARSHIPS AND AWARDS.
