THE NHGA PROVIDES SERVICES TO THE GOLFING COMMUNITY IN NEW HAMPSHIRE, INCLUDING: PROVIDING USGA HANDICAPS, COURSE RATINGS AND MEASURING SERVICES: SUPPORTING THE MCDONOUGH SCHOLARSHIP FOUNDATION WHICH PROVIDES COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIPS TO YOUNG MEN AND WOMEN WORKING AT THE NH GOLF CLUBS; ACTS AS LIASON BETWEN NH GOLF CLUBS AND STATE, REGIONAL, AND NATIONAL GOLF ASSOCIATIONS; PROVIDES COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN CLUBS AND MEMBERS THROUGH THE ASSOCIATION WEBSITE AND NEWSLETTER AND CONDUCT THE OPERATION OF SEVERAL STATE TOURNAMENTS.
