THE NEW JERSEY ASSOCIATION FOR JUSTICE EDUCATIONAL FOUNDATION, INC. (THE "FOUNDATION"), IS A NEW JERSEY NON-PROFIT CORPORATION. THE FOUNDATION IS ORGANIZED TO OPERATE EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES, INCLUDING ENCOURAGING LEGAL ADVOCACY AND LITIGATION IN THE PUBLIC INTEREST ON SUBSTANTIVE ISSUES OF HEALTH, SAFETY, CONSUMER RIGHTS, AND CIVIL LIBERTIES, BY, AMONG OTHER THINGS, PREPARING MATERIALS AND CONDUCTING EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS FOR ATTORNEYS AND THE PUBLIC, PREPARING MATERIALS TO INFORM THE GENERAL PUBLIC ABOUT THE ROLE OF TRIAL LAWYERS IN FURTHERING PUBLIC JUSTICE, AND PROVIDING FUNDS TO ORGANIZATIONS WHICH ARE ENGAGED IN PUBLIC INTEREST OR ADVOCACY.
