THE MISSION OF THE NEW JERSEY PRIMARY CARE ASSOCIATION IS TO PLAN, PROMOTE AND FACILITATE EQUAL ACCESS TO QUALITY HEALTH CARE FOR INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES THROUGH ORGANIZED PRIMARY CARE CENTERS AND CENTER NETWORKS THAT SEEK TO MAINTAIN COST EFFECTIVE, AFFORDABLE PRIMARY, DENTAL AND MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES, AS WELL AS MEET THE LINGUISTIC AND CULTURAL NEEDS OF NEW JERSEY'S DIVERSE POPULATION.
