THE NEW JERSEY STATE GOLF ASSOCIATION CADDIE SCHOLARSHIP FOUNDATION, INC. (THE "FOUNDATION") WAS FORMED TO PROVIDE COLLEGE FINANCIAL AID TO CADDIES OF MEMBER CLUBS OF THE NEW JERSEY STATE GOLF ASSOCIATION, INC., WHICH ALSO ADMINISTERS THE PROGRAM.
