TO IMPROVE AND ENHANCE THE AVAILABILITY OF THE VISUAL ARTS TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC; TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE TO ARTISTS; TO EDUCATE THE GENERAL PUBLIC IN ALL ASPECTS OF THE VISUAL ARTS; TO OPERATE GALLERIES, ART SHOWS AND ART DEMONSTRATIONS; AND TO OFFER PROGRAMS AND SCHOLARSHIPS TO SUPPORT INDIVIDUALS INTERESTED IN PURSUING CAREERS IN THE VISUAL ARTS.
