TO BROADEN HEALTH CARE ACCESS, PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES AND SERVICES WITH A PROFESSIONAL HEALTH TEAM IN A CULTURALLY SENSITIVE FASHION TO THE CHINESE POPULATION IN THE COMMUNITY. ITS OBJECTIVE IS TO MEET THE UNMET HEALTHCARE NEEDS OF THE CHINESE COMMUNITY THROUGHOUT NEW YORK CITY WITH RESPECT FOR CHINESE CULTURE, TRADITIONS AND HERITAGE.
