NFTE ENDOWMENT FUND, INC. IS A SUPPORTING ORGANIZATION FORMED FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE NETWORK FOR TEACHING ENTREPRENEURSHIP (NFTE). THE ORGANIZATION WILL INVEST ITS ASSETS AND PAY OVER TO NFTE ANY OR ALL THE INCOME IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITS DISTRIBUTION POLICY AND AT THE DISCRETION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS. PAYMENTS BY THE ORGANIZATION CAN ONLY BE MADE TO NFTE OR FOR NFTE'S BENEFIT.
