Mission
NICS CARE Foundation shall be operated exclusively for the benefit of, to perform the functions of, or to carry out the charitable purposes of Network of International Christian Schools/Oasis International Schools, Inc. The Corporation will accomplish this by supporting the development of christian schools around the world and by managing property and assets in support of such purposes.
