MEMBERS OF NCEDA PROMOTE THE STATE AND THEIR AREAS AS PLACES FOR NEW ECONOMIC ACTIVITY. THE PURPOSES OF THE ASSOCIATION ARE TO: INCREASE THE EFFECTIVENESS OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPERS, PROMOTE ETHICAL PRACTICES, ACT AS A UNIFIED FORCE ON MATTERS AFFECTING ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT.
