NCRLA FOUNDATION WORKS TO ATTRACT, DEVELOP, SUPPORT, AND RETAIN A CAREER-ORIENTED PROFESSIONAL WORKFORCE FOR THE HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY. WE PROVIDE GRANTS TO WORKERS IN THE HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY WHO FACE FINANCIAL HARDSHIPS.
