THE NORTH CAROLINA SCHOOL FOR THE DEAF AT MORGANTON FOUNDATION, INC. SHALL SERVE AS A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION FOR THE PURPOSE OF SECURING AND DISTRIBUTING FUNDS FOR THE EDUCATIONAL BENEFIT OF THE STUDENTS AND GRADUATES OF THE NORTH CAROLINA SCHOOL OF THE DEAF.
